Mimir Chamber Music Festival returns with enterprising programs

Performances are at Fort Worth’s TCU and Kimbell Art Museum.

In its 28th season, the Mimir Chamber Music Festival in Fort Worth again has lined up excellent musicians from major orchestras and conservatories for enterprising programs. Where else will you hear Elgar’s glorious Piano Quintet, Fauré’s sublime Piano Trio or a Trio for flute, cello and piano by the late Russian composer Nikolai Kapustin? “Emerging Artists” concerts feature up-and-coming young musicians booked for coaching and performance opportunities.
