The next installment of the Jerry Jones cinematic universe is on the way.
TV network Adult Swim announced an upcoming adult animated series titled “Keeping up with the Joneses,” featuring an animated version of the Dallas Cowboys’ singular owner.
The announcement, made at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, said the show will be comedy made up of 30-minute episodes. The show’s description says the program will follow the Newberry family “as they try to ‘keep up’ with their staggeringly wealthy Dallas neighbors — including the one next door, Jerry Jones.”

Jones’ cartoon version will not be voiced Jones himself, but by an actor, according to a report from The Hollywood Reporter.
Show creators Hugh Davidson, Rachel Ramras and Larry Dorf previously worked on the Netflix series “The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window.” The program is being produced by Warner Bros. Animation.
Jones is no stranger to the world of television. He appeared as himself in an episode of the Taylor Sheridan series “Landman” earlier this year. He’s also the subject of an upcoming Netflix docuseries titled “America’s Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys.”
